fresh products breakfast buffet shower pressure parking space

the breakfast buffet features various options. i found a lot of fresh products and i ate delicious croissants.

i did notice some issues. the shower had little pressure, it made bathing inconvenient. there were no parking spaces available at the hotel, it caused me to look for parking far away.

fantastic central spot

helpful staff central location restaurant list great aquaroom

My room was very nice plus the staff was helpful and friendly. i really liked the central location. It was convenient for all the local sights. i found a useful list of nearby places to eat prepared by the reception. the list helped me find some great restaurants. the underground aquaroom is pretty great!

the pillows were too firm, i'd have liked softer ones.

Elegant stay near the heart

central location engaging service diverse selection

I found the location central, a short walk to main attractions. the staff provided engaging service, assisting with directions and local tips. the breakfast selection was diverse, even catering to vegetarians with dedicated options. i liked the large, antique cupboard in my room. It gave a distinctive character.

i had difficulty finding a parking spot initially, as there were only four spaces.

Service

9/10

the staff offered clear directions to nearby sights and readily provided taxi service information. the breakfast service was attentive, ensuring all items were replenished regularly and all guests had immediate access to coffee and fresh juice.

Location

9/10

the location allowed easy access to historical landmarks and popular restaurants. its proximity to the main square meant i could easily return to the hotel for a short rest during the day, and then resume exploring the sites.

a satisfactory stay

convenient location quiet room responsive staff inconvenient sauna basic wine limited parking

The location was convenient to the city center. It made getting around simple. my room was also fairly quiet. the staff was responsive to requests.

The sauna and steam room required advance notice to be turned on. This was inconvenient. the wine setup i ordered was just a bottle in the fridge, nothing special. parking was limited and for an extra charge.
